1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your item. The item must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customised or specially ordered packaging materials
  • Sale or clearance items

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item sent by us.
